One of the best condos I've seen. The master bedroom is bigger than most condos. I can't afford that place and don't need that much room. I see lots of questions asking if foreigners can own, can they? I also wanted to say you are so gorgeous.

Can you do a dedicated video for foreigner home financing? New and used homes, condo vs house/land. In the United States we can finance homes for 30 or 40 years. Not sure this is possible in Thailand for foreign people. A great deal of misinformation so would be good to help foreign people to discuss financing.

i wouldnt trust a real estate agent for advice , especially a thai agent, in the land of scams ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you need to do a lot of research ,,,,,,,,but basically foreigners can own condos 100% outright ,,,,,,,,,,,you cannot own land ,,,,,,,,,you can buy a house and rent the land from a thai national ,usually 30 year lease ,,,,,,,,,,for condos they are a depreciating asset ,,,,,very difficult to sell if you have to
