Hey Coop! Great content and I appreciate it like always. Being from the U.S. you know there are a lot of roommate situations out here. I'd be curious to see if that's possible out there in the Jomtien area. I've seen some penthouse D=duplexes before that were 3k+ sq. ft. in the area and right around $2k+ USD. I was thinking that I could totally do that with a roommate but not on my own. Not really a roommate from another country but from the U.S. Maybe a business opportunity we could talk about further? Your thoughts?

I think the price per sqm is anything but cheap or good for Prathumnak area. you get decent condos in the range of 50.000 THB per sqm, soi 4/5/6 Prathumnak, near beach. These condos in the video look very nice and modern, but not a bargain in my opinion. You can get beachview beachside in Jomtien for these numbers
