When you attack another army with an army of your own, there is a chance that their leaders aren't captured by you but by one of the other parties in your army. That's why she teleported in the end, she got caught and released by one of your companions parties

Should have not moved his army at all and and executed her at spot after the battle. If you move at least an inch on a map prisoners start to escape.

It's funny he says he plays on "realistic" when you can clearly see he is using a trainer to make himself and his troops immortal. At 5:42 you can see his mount take damage but the health bar stays at 100%. And on that fight none of his troops gets knocked out or dies... At the siege battle (Time stamp 14:11 onwards) you can see him getting full health suddenly and his troops stop dying (he activates a trainer outside screen). Kind of hilarious actually. And I can't point it out because my messages don't show up.

A tip for recruiting. If you plan on grabbing every unit available hit the recruit all button, a small time saver but it does speed it up.

Another tip NEVER ATTACK WITH YOU TROOPS if you attack with your troops your get more casulties than planning your attack and defending in case they don't attck you attck with your ranged men and shot at them the ai will eventually start charging at you back your men into your shield wall of men then flank them with your horsemen once they get into your shield wall of course using the crossbow men are more efficient but you can use archers but they have less damage, and range but they are quicker than crossbow men

Out of the 8 factions, Sturgia is 7th strongest. Only the Western Empire is worse. I would i.agine that Sturgia would get buffed at some point in the future but right now they are the weakest unique faction.

Yeah, the very same happen to me multiple times. I think it's either a bug or their cheap way to keep a Faction alive for a bit longer. I had defeated all the leaders of the Southern Empire except one, I had finally caught him after besieging his cities, after defeating him in war and capturing him, some how he vanished, so I spent 15 mins looking for him til I realized that within that time he had hired a mercenary clan... So I had 4 more lords to kill... In the end I got them and destroyed the Southern Empire.

20:25 Even recruits, if your army morale is high like 100%, they will kill them all if you order them to use shield wall, if you just sent troops in only, you will get massive casualty. Maybe few killed like less than 5 or none. Maybe injured only. To have very high army moral, you need whole variety type of food, drinks and herd-like cow, sheep, and hog. Once your army reaches 100% morale, ditch all the herd, you still need to maintain food and drinks. Those herd just to boost morale.

Problem with sturgia comparing to nords from warband is for now all units at same tier, have same stats just diferent gear. This what i remember from warband - example huskarl had diferent stats than some other infantry. Thx to this, every faction is uniq, have pluses and minuses and if you are good, youu know hot to use them + orders. Where in bannerlord is order what type of weapon they should use? Its most imporant command without it, spearmans often standing with swords.. while waiting for cavalry charge... And about factions, noble troops, in sturgia they should remove cavalry and add elite infantry. It should be diferent for every fraction - vlanda, elite crosbowman, batania, like now archers, empires cavalry, aserai horse archers and khuzaits... have no idea what :D maybe horse archers too and aserai some camel riders - light fast cavalry.

23:29 Charm: Barter is not trading when buying/selling in shops. The purpose of barter is for when proposing in marriage after you successfully convince your future wife to marry you and asking you to buy them from their parents easier/cheaper, making a peace during the war before the battle starts with less money/things/castle to give away. Again, will be cheaper.

30:06 Ditch the camel pack and mules if you have them, only get a pack of horse, the camels are only slightly faster than a pack of a horse. Mules, pack of camels, pack of horse increase 100 each inventory, while horse/war horse by 20 each.

Also top tip. Always keep their 3 and 4 in your prisoners and keep them with you almost always full. You will gain a recruit each day it essentially increases you party size with free decent trained troops. And you will never need too have shitty recruits. I have an army with 200 heavy cav and it decimates any army.

To get more armies, it's a good idea to always try to convince nobles to join you with the third dialogue option. Of course, you should limit this mostly to people with decent sized armies as having too many vassals means you'll get less fiefs

You made few steps giving the bot to calculate her chance for escape. As you had too many troops in your party, chance for a hero to escape is higher... hence loosing her from your prisoners pool.

They have a chance to escape after you transfer the prisoners. They are always there to execute straight after the battle. They will sometimes disappear if you forget to execute them before you get to the loot screen.

Sturgia is Poland of Calradia... stuck in between Germany (Vlandia), Austria-Hungaria (Empire) and Russia (Kuzaits) :D Similar to Battania, in none of my campaigns they survived for long, not even if I helped them with massive armies.... having incompetent AI king leading them (they love to siege castles while other factions take their cities) doesn't help much :D

9:31 You can free them, but to improve your relationship, you need to fight them over and over to capture and release them, not worth the time really (from -100, back to 0, it goes up by 3 or 6 each time you release one of them for each individual, not the whole kingdom factions). But you can always try if you are lucky to convince each of the faction leaders to join your kingdom as vassals (only try once only during a battle, if failed might as well execute them), try to give them your influence as support under your kingdom tab, to improve your relationship and castle depending on their personal treat of course, otherwise, they will join back to their previous kingdom. AKA. betray you, when you least notice. You can check your relationship from enemy to a friend under your profile, even if they as your vassals still enemy if you have not improved your personal relationship with each vassals faction leader.

I finally got a settlement and got my own kingdom, but then one of my parties roaming the lands, decided to raid a Vladian village, so now I'm at war with the biggest faction, and I cannot barter for peace, the button isent active, its the hardest button to button. Now I'm beign sieged by 900 against my 200 men. Is there a way for me to ensure my men wont raid peacefull settlements, or is that maybe to come, that you can tell your parties what to do ?

One tip... you have a lot of food variety. Make yourself the Quartermaster in the Clan window and your Steward skill will go up quite fast.

Also, if your looking for a really good mounted weapon the Rhomphalia is amazing. Its a bladed polearm you swing, down side is you can't thrust and can't use a shield but it will do a huge amount of damage on hit

Ahhh I knew it, when you saved and it crashed I have experienced that twice myself. When I saved during or near an update it has crashed on me two times. Not sure where to submit that bit of info cause I am not sure if they know about that.

It looks like the "Conformity" stat that increases while the prisoners are being dragged around in party doesn't increase when they're in the dungeon. The developers need to make this happen.

This is why when you catch someone, execute in the post-battle prisoner screen right away. You so much as walk a step and they get away.
