I already know these techniques but i m not using it ,but now I'll use it. The last one is good, practice makes a man perfect, like a world's most gold medalist holder Michel Phelps, who practice anything 10k times so that, he can be perfect in that. Perfection should be their,it will only be possible by practising like the hell you need it. 💪

very motivational video sir .Now i am over 90% stammering free .i am doing daily practice and have full confidence i will complitely cure within 3to 6 month and then i will make video so that i can provide guaidance to the stammer .Thanks sir for you video and keep it ahead
