I don't know how feasible this theory is, but I think Vince merely wanted this to LOOK serious. He really filed suit, but Karl claims he is in a group txt with VTL and that Vince let John know the server was on the way the first time. Why would he do some dumb stuff like that, if he really wanted him served and in court. It's been over a week since the first attempt and nothing further.
