Where is the correct home spot at...I always thought it was at the top right hand side of table .as Im standing in front of it.. I have my limits set good.just when I hit ref x y z , torch raises..goes to my right side.hitting limit swith.and jumps a couple of gears...then goes up to right hand side. I m not sure what Im doing wrong. thanks

Our plasma tip touches the project material and raises like 2.5 inches above the material and un the setting for the z access is at 0.5 for the floating head switch. Any info on how to fix that

Brand new table sitting collecting dust..... my wife baught some baby chicks.. they need to be raised in a bucket with a light to stay warm till they get older... im like fuk it.. put the bucket up on the table...up off the floor... so thats how im using my table... i should of put 10k in a bucket n burnt m... would of gotten more plessure out of that...

Sorry for the delay.. well i guess with this covid parts had been on back order..when UPS finally sent me my plasma cutter they put it inside a flower pot wasnt home it rained and it sat in flower pot full of water for about an hour.. i guess half the headache has been their shipping...

I am new to the plasma table world.. so im learining as i go. Really dont have any recomendations... now im here learning this table...sparx4800.. have not been to their training yet.. so self traing and asking around. there is some good people out there willing to share the knowlage.. i believe it will work out in the end..called their tech support a couple times and they are good and ready to help...my biggest problem had been parts or the lack their of... and the shipping...and i know once they ship their product its out of their hands. But for 1100 dollars shipping, customer shouldnt get asked a in the end if u want ur package u can come pick it up at our UPS facility... after 2 weeks of back and forth.. thats where my main problem was...so now i can say this table will be able to do what i need... now i have to learn how to use it.
