Look how bad Andrew Tates girls look he is simply bad looking face wise, money wont give you love. You guys try to sound you are mad that some women want money but truth is you wish and hope they will because if money wont be enough you simply doesnt have even an chance. Women are the same as men they also want good looking and their age, that cope that men peak at 35s is just cope, you look the best in 20s and you all know it because i am sure you know guys that had girlfriends from class etc in second hand oversize clothes just because they are tall and good looking. A gentleman must stay true to himself, but also take other people's feelings into account. If you want a fine lady, then don't dress like, or act like, an adolescent, or a vulgar cad. If you have standards for the women you get close to, then so should they. I don't want a woman who dresses immaturely or like a prostitute, because I don't want the relationship issues that come with such people. The shorts mentioned are for boys. I would never wear them. The shiny knit shirts for golf would be paired with compatible fabrics by anyone with an aesthetic sense; on or off the course. Undergarments should first be chosen for health and comfort, until sharing bedroom activities. I might loose the starch from my man-staff if my woman wore hideous underthings, my dear great-great grandmama wore. I want some consideration from the opposite sex, so I should give some.

I'm not in the target audience, but I'm glad to see younger men interested in looking smart. I'm an aging, retired boomer, and I still enjoy an opportunity to clean up. In the high school I attended, the dress code was coat and tie. Not uniform blazer and tie, but you had to pay attention to color coordination. I happen to be a veteran as well, so looking sharp in garrison duty made life easier. As for headwear, I wear a fedora, I wear a Homborg, in the summer, I wear a boater. If despite our host's advice, and choose to wear a dapper hat, and you can afford it, buy genuine fur felt hats. If your means doesn't allow for that, a wool felt hat will do, but it won't have a particularly long life. To extend a wool felt hat's life, I suggest an occasional coat of poly urethane on the underside of the brim, and cutting out the crown lining and poly that. You can then put the lining back in the crown when it dries, and tape it in with duct tape inside the sweat band. Perhaps its because I'm older, but I'm often complimented by a wide spectrum of people regarding my hats. Unless you're doing outdoor chores, or exercise, a wool touque is gauche. Particularly when you see detectives on cop shows wearing them with an overcoat. That will certainly slum down the look. I'll wear a ball cap if I'm laboring outdoors, or during exercise. Fifteen years ago after a sudden drop in weight, I gave up on belts most of the time. I'm even thinner now, but still have a pot belly, and wear grip belts with shorts in the summer, but with trou I wear galluses. Trousers don't ride down my waist anymore. They're not cheap, and you should get at least three or four pair of varying colors or patterns. You should usually go for those made of non-stretch fabric for longer life. For forty years I've been bemoaning logoed T's. Christ in a creche, I always though it was in bad taste! As for my drawers, I don't care what any woman thinks of my boxers or what pattern they may have. I want my junk to breathe without restraint!

I bought a straw federa for the summer. I get mixed reactions. Some like it some don't. The thing is at some point you just are going to need a hat. A "beanie" is a utilitarian type of hat, and I see no reason for anyone to dislike it. A cashmere beanie in a classic color, like dark blue or gray, could hardly offend anyone. Speaking of underwear... in most situations, women don't notice what underwear the man is wearing. I, personally, think high quality boxers, like the ones sold by Polo RL look better than any other type of male underwear.

I have standards for ladies' appearances. So, in all fairness, I take women's opinions on my appearance into account. I don't want a relationship with a woman who looks childish, or trashy, because that strongly indicates she is too immature or insecure for an adult relationship. Likewise, I don't want to inflict such embarrassments on any woman associating with me.

I can see most of those points. One does need to move away from badly outdated styles, but without being on the leading edge at all times. It can be too pretentious to be overly style-focused. I can't go with the boxer brief, though. I've never found any that don't ride up the legs after a couple of washings. It is briefs always, preferably black. They are bold and confident. It is unmanly to be excessively self conscious about what you've got.

Fedoras with casual clothes… No; with at least a blazer or sport coat/button down collar shirt… Yes. A panama with beach wear… Yes. And unless you're traveling, no trilbies at all. lol My 2 cents as a classic stylist.

I receive that, 👍🏼 fedoras need a context to fit in, I think if we try to force it, it doesn't jive. A hat alone can't raise a casual level outfit up to something less casual. It needs other things to justify wearing a fedora without looking like a kid just trying to be cool lol. My two cents as a 36 year old dude who is rediscovering my style

A Fedora is for taller and slimmer men. I'm 172cm and an experienced hat seller in Jermyn Street, London advised me that I would " look like a mushroom" if I tried to wear one at my height. I chose a Trilby instead, which I wore if was on business ( I worked in banking at the time ) or on a night out with my girlfriend if I was wearing a suit, laced polished leather brogues etc. In her homeland in the Caribbean, I also wore a genuine Panama, which she loved as much as the Trilby (she is now my wife , incidentally ). Oh ,and I quite agree on conditioner. Never use it!

To answer the question WHAT do women want? Easy! Toasted Snow! - Which if you’re slow on the uptake is a logical conundrum… And besides who the Hell CARES what women want?! Just ignore them…something they hate even more than you telling them “No”. However, if ya are gonna gamble and risk everything in a relationship with a woman, remember these three things: 1). Captain Ahab might have gotten off harpooning the great white whale, but not me! BMI < 22 = Bare Minimum - I want Michelle Phillips, not Cass Elliot. 2). No matter how good she looks, somebody, somewhere, is tired of putting up with her shit. 3). Finally, heed the Hell’s Angels credo: “If it has tits, if it has wheels, some day it’ll let you down”. 3 Corollary). It’s WAAAY cheaper to fix the bike than it is to fix the bitch. I had learned to play folk guitar in college, and one of the tunes I learned was Ian & Sylvia’s “Pride of Petrovar” - [Verse 8] says it all - it’s a MUST listen if you haven’t heard it: “Well, all I have is just one thing to say If you go a courtin' then look the other way If you want them to come after you, just look the other way For they're mostly like the Pride of Petrovar” Today, 54 years later, my state driver’s license says I’m 77 years old, 6’ 2” and 190 lbs… Yeah I’ve filled out a little, but my Levi’s at 33Wx34L still have a waist smaller than my inseam, and while the badass aura has faded… a lot… If I show a spark of interest and then move on, the broads still come after me… Only now I’m like the old dog that chases every passing car, if I actually caught one, what the Hell would I do with it!?! +1 for the golf style. Tired of seeing people show up at the driving range in tracksuits... Also, as a barber, the 2 in 1 thing has *some* merit. The molecules in a 2 in 1 shampoo are diluted to create said product, which makes it not as effective for either washing or conditioning hair. That said, I do think that to find this a turn off is plain odd. I also agree that conditioning hair for men with short hair is utterly pointless; as I also only shampoo for a stronger, more textured finish.

Classic gentleman's headgear is fine, IF you are pairing it with the appropriate attire. A fedora does not look good on a man in shorts and sandals. Worn with a full suit (that term includes a neck tie) they can look sharp. Also be aware that the "classic" look was typically worn by men in an age when facial hair was not in style. Oddly I saw a homburg last winter, which I can't remember seeing in my lifetime. Even more oddly it looked good on the man. He was middle aged, had a short and very neatly trimmed beard and was wearing a full three piece suit. I was so shocked that I suspect I may have broken one of the polite rules of society by staring for a moment. Yes, classic hats can work. But usually not with contemporary fashions.

All this crap used to concern me, too. I'm in my fourties, I have many medical conditions, am legally blind, and don't drink. The one thing that turns women off more than any of this clothing stuff, is not having a vehicle to escort them home in/on. I like wearing cowboy hats, leather jackets and vests, jeans or cargo pants, ankle socks in the summer, and boots or sneakers. Hair care, is whatever I can afford; cologne, same. I've had girls flirt with me, but when they see I have no wheels, I get the brush-off. So, I just stopped caring about what women think and just be ME.

*Hats:* I don't care about the lowest common-denominator opinion. Toques are essential for survival in winter, other hats protect against sun-glare and rain, and choose according to class or casual level. What is stupid is to not protect your head from wind, rain, UV, and cold. Classic "old-fashioned" hats usually stay on better and perform better than baseball hats on windy days. *Skinny jeans:* Agreed 100%. leotards for soyboys Trous d'eau loves them. *Ankle socks or no socks:* Agreed! 100% Pretty on women, but it is effeminate AND ugly on men. Add fancy goofy socks too *Golf shirt / Polo shirt:* You're kidding! Pure cotton golf/polo shirt, no problem! Classy casual shirt.
