Use references and learn how to break the hand down into its most basic shapes, learn those shapes, then manipulate those shapes. Like this you’ll be able to draw hands at just about any angle.

Honestly of all the art channels I'm suscribed to, I don't know why yours is the one that always gets me? Like, you're so calm and your style is one I really like and your speed paint vids made it easier for me to understand Paint Tool Sai a lot better. And this video is really amazing, how you can pull off many art styles. Like, how??? Also your voice is super calm and sweet and listening to it wasn't boring at all and I gotta say other speed paint videos that I've encountered with the artist talking make it kind of heavy to watch and listen? There should be a challenge where artists draw each other in their styles and then compare how they would draw each other’s avatar. (For example, you draw yourself in Lavendertown’s style, then she draws you in her style and compare how you would draw it and how she draws you.) idk just an idea

Now that I have seen a lot of people use other styles, I have seen that depending on the style for the character and the characters personality, that the style they are using changes the characters personality. Like you have a character that is very hyperactive and you use a different style that they don't really look hyperactive as they should. I don't know if you understand me 😅 but ye.

I noticed that too XD I'm still waiting on someone not just setting a style but a base emotion like anger or happiness as their theme and doing a style challenge focusing on the various ways artists display emotions - that would be really funny I think :D You'd have cartoony characters flipping their shit next to passive aggressive anime-hotties and putting them all together like that would make for a fun end piece!
