Hi I am a newbie at sewing but I think I can nail this. My question is what measurement is the distance from when you marked the neck, I believe that will be your 3rd marking in the video. I think the 3rd marking was ROUND SLEEVE MEASUREMENT. Hers was 18” divided by 2 so she marked 8.5”
