I take my edges out and braid my natural hair and coil the end right on my temple when my knotless start to pull, which happens around week 4. I decided last year I’m not getting knotless anymore, if i do, i want the front in a Fulani style bc the loose braid on my temples is just too much. I prefer twists, and even they start to pull, i just take out the twist, and resist my own hair and it kinda looks like face framing pieces until i need to remove the entire style. It’s saved my length at my temples so much.
