Good job. I followed your lead leaning often on the "pause" and backing up to get things right. I bound my first model on this Jumper T-Lite usiing your guidance. Thanks. I'm not a total nube as I do have a Jumper T8SG Plus but I know nothing about Open TX, only have used Deviation system until now. I connected my Tiny Hawk II. I will make separate models for the Tiny Hawk I and the "S" model so I can fine tune the frequency of each. Thanks again.

@@zico3239 I really think it is personal taste. I can't handle the big boxy ones - I use my thumbs for flying, so the gamepad shaped ones are perfect for me. When I first started out, I modified a Joystick as a controller, but that was a pain to carry around... I highly recommend finding other people in your region that also fly and then simply swap around gear. That is a great way to try different things and see what you really like.

I'm trying to bind tlite to frsky r xsr and have already flashed the rx to older accst fw. When I go to bind the beeping on tlite stops, making me thinks it is bound but the rx lites don't change and betaflight doesn't show it is bound ( no mvmt of anything). I then try to rebind, tlite goes into bind for 3 beeps and stops, exiting bind mode on its own. It does give warning when I boot tlite about no failsafe setup, making me think it is bound, but nothing else. Any ideas? I want to frequency tune but can't til I can see rssi.

Did you find a fix?
@jferreira8793 жыл бұрын
@@Mr_Furey yes. I had to do freq tuning. Once I changed that even a little, then the Rx also acted bound and I was able to arm and fly. Makes sense because the jumper is a 3rd party to frsky so doesn't have inside info on exact frequency.

hello how do you bind omphobby m1 helicopter and also eachine e160 to jumper t lite would love to know .

I don't have any of those models, but you would need to find out which protocol they are using, then set the transmitter to this protocol and bind them up.

Hi Stylesuxx, Many thanks for this video, I got my T-Lite a while and have been trying to bind with some models with FRSKY NON-EU RX's however I am not having any luck, I wonder if you might be aware of any other tips and tricks I should be doing to get them to bind? Thanking you, Mark.
@stylesuxx3 жыл бұрын
Well, it depends which receivers you are trying to bind to. If you have new receivers that already use the access protocol it will not work and you will have flash an older firmware version to those receivers.

@@stylesuxx Many thanks for your reply, I have the older RX's which I purchased around the time of my original Taranis X9D, ACCST I think they all are. I have some D4RII, D6FR and another which I cannot recall the specs on but they are all at least 5/6 years old but in perfect working order.

Is the swa switch a 3-point switch? Even if you move swa in the input setting, only values of 100 and 0 are shown like 2 points.Check please

Yes, swa is a three position switch.

How do you set failsafe?
@stylesuxx3 жыл бұрын
It depends. I only fly quads, so fail-safe is basically handled by Betaflight - if the receiver signal is gone, it will default to disarmed and will set the controls to default state. Unless you configure something different or have GPS. The test that I usually do, is connect the copter to the betaflight configurator, turn off the radio and see what happens, if throttle goes to 0, I know the quad will just drop out of the sky. If you do not use a flight controller, it depends on the receiver which options you have for failsafe and you should consult the manual of your receiver.
