Seconding this, I actually wear their shoes all the time in coords! They are a great option for classic lolita styles. The shoes are cute and also real leather which is a plus for me since they'll last longer.

Your recommendations for Killian make me feel a lot more confident in my own coordinate. I’m still new, and the first coordinate I went out in and felt comfortable in had layered tights and chunky demonia-ish boots with the laces replaced with velvet ribbons. It isn’t something I’ve seen in a lot of Lolita photos, but since I wasn’t going to a Lolita event I wanted to lean in to my own style

For Killian I think a classic vibe would be cool, maybe kind of vampire-ish. A grey/white/black long sleeved blouse with a jabot, vampire type, really. Boots, but not demonias, more vintage romantic-goth style, maybe with heels. Maybe also roses somehwere, like a headpiece of roses and thorns and stuff, aswell as some rose jewelry.

i really didn’t say anything remotely clearly in my email did i xD i think the “normal” i said was in the context of casual-ott but i never remember a word i said after it comes out so who knows i LOVE combining my emo punky type clothes with gothic lolita and i am THRILLED that you brought that up because i haven’t gotten to do that much yet with that skirt since i only bought it recently. i do have demonia boots and the pair i’m planning to repair would work great with a punky look with that skirt imo. so far what i’ve done for emolita with that skirt was adding a mcr shirt instead of a blouse lol

For Kaila I would recommend maybe also one of those off sleeve blouses, or even detachable Hime sleeves (the kind that aren't attached to a blouse) A sheer overskirt could also be a nice addition, along with some fancy pair of gloves aswell as a few dainty necklaces and bracelets Maybe bringing in some gold colour, like golden shoes to match a golden necklace and things like that could be interesting. An elegant looking hat with a bunch of little details could be a nice addition also Hope this maybe helps :)

I love the previous series and this as well. In the previous one I really liked to "hear" the voice of the lolitas who sent in submissions through their own words. Felt more personal and helped me get into their mindset, I liked hearing what ideas they considered already and in general helped me focus more on the individual people. I know it saves time though...

Related to the second coord, I got some tips for finding good tiaras as someone who works in a bridal shop: 1. Dont go to a bridal shop, my shop doesn’t have a horrible mark-up for the dresses, but the accessories…😬. And most bridal stores will be like that 2. Etsy and amazon may have cheaper options, but are mostly resellers from Chinese manufacturers so they will have a fair mark-up. There are some that are really nice hand-made pieces but you can tell those apart by a much higher price and they won’t look like generic costume jewellery. So that leads me to 3. Just cut out the middleman. There are lots of manufacturers of bridal jewellery/tiaras that have storefronts on aliexpress. This is where most of the bridal jewellery comes from so might as well get the lowest cost. When looking for tiaras specifically, look for a storefront that has good reviews across products and a store price range of about $10-$60 CAD is a good indication that the pieces are not the lowest of the low quality. I’ve bought a few tiaras this way and everything I’ve got has been the same, if not better quality than the tiaras we sell at my work for around $200 Hope this helps someone if you take time to read 😊

I know you say that you worry about offering more sweet styling suggestions for classic pieces but as a mainly classic lolita your styling suggestions are so different from what my brain would think of and it's inspiring! The cottage core bear look is not something I would have ever thought of but now I want to be it!! Also if you want a fun new series idea you could take submissions for Definitely Not Lolita items to work into coords. You made clown-lita and cottagecore bear-lita a thing, I feel like if anyone could iron chef a coord out of something it would be you.

As much flack as Devilinspired gets, it's not bad, and if you buy during their free shipping events, they can be worthwhile (especially with custom sizes, plus sizes not found elsewhere and certain dresses you just can't find on Taobao itself). I do wish that like my SS, they would post pictures as items come in and keep me updated more on what's come in, what's taking so long, etc without me having to prompt them for an update on my orders, but I haven't had them be completely unreliable so far. XD And I like recommendations on stuff, gives me ideas on how to coordinate more in the future. That being said, I'm more on the end of too many ideas and projects currently. lol

I don't know what happened to it. You probably don't believe me but I didn't delete it. My audience is not largely teens, my largest demographic is 18-35 years old which is adults. I'm not sure how you expect me to "get that coin" if I don't accept sponsorships. If I went off of patreon and youtube ads alone I'd make way less than minimum wage and not be able to support myself. I have explained everything as clearly as possible and offered alternatives which virtually no other sponsor would ever allow. I'm not sure how I can be any more transparent :(
