What is the best edge control or gel for smoothing gray hair? This has been a challenge it does not lay down. I want a smooth pony and this gray edges is so disrespectful. Uggggh!

I would recommend design essentials amzn.to/3R31kBV Use it at night then tie your hair up. To me that’ll give it time to ‘set’ and insure it’s smooth to your liking. Be sure to add a very light oil on top I love the DE botanical oil. Although it’s a light yellow in color it does NOT discolor the silver I use it most days in my hair. Tell them edges to BOW DOWN!! ❤️✊🏾👊🏾✊🏾

I have to be honest. I'm struggling. I'm 46 and am very hesitant to embrace my gray. I've been finding gray strands since in my 20s but when it started going full gray, especially in the front in my late 30s Istarted dyeing my hair. I'm natural though so I don't consistently dye my hair. This may be silly but I worry that it makes me look older. Part of me is saying just let it go but I keep hair dye near by when I need a boost of youth. You all have given me something to really think about.

You can do it! I felt the same as you before I stopped I really feel like I look more youthful with the silver hair than I did when I was coloring my hair. But you have to do it on your own time. And a nice cut/shape, a lil color on your face/lips, and a boost of self-confidence will help start your journey. Want more support and excitement?
