Mr loo remember toilet fitting make it simple. Especially connection point for water outlet. Use plastic connector if possible . Jb water is acidic. During covid all my metal outlet rusted, have to hack into tile n wall to change new outlet

Just to share. Mr. Loo Penang is an Island referred to the Pearl of the Orient by the British. It was under the straits Settlement administrations together with Singapore and Melaka during the late 18th century. Actually Penang today is the mini-Hong kong of Malaysia or an island similar to Singapore. I was shocked to learn the hotel prices through Agoda is RM59 (SDG15) per-night for a 3 to 4 stars hotel after discount, l am referring to Georgetown Hotel. Penang is a food Paradise, my Singaporean friends go there for the Char Koay Teow with duck egg, chicken rice, Hokkien Mee and nasi lemak. They are the best in Southeast Asia, the. The more l visit Penang, the more l fall in love with the island it. l will go Penang again by end of June, 2024.

Most people do not hv time for to soak in bathtub , also time consuming to fill up n use more water. If u can get away from bathtub,do it. I did with mine n build a bigger shower

Mr. Loo, l observed the property prices index appreciation from 2010 to 2023. It's seems to me it's a good investment ever year appreciating around 10 to 15% since 2010. How l wish l have a property in Johor too. I am a Malaysian.😢

Based on my past newspaper readings, it seems ipfong2538 might be exaggerating. Property prices in Johor have shown an average yearly increase of around 5% from 2000 to 2020. However, from my understanding, it was closer to 6 to 7% per year in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Perhaps ipfong2538 was referring to data from other states in Malaysia, but certainly not Johor.

@1m65 My sincere apologies, Mr. Loo l oversight some other data. I thought it referred to Johor properly. Actually, for Johor, it's lower, the yearly prices increase is around 5% from the year 2000 to 2020. And around 6 to 7% from 2022 to 2024.

The bathtubs you saw should be acrylic type, meaning plastic. There are pros and cons, the obvious one is cheaper price. How long it will last depends which country made it. You need to research for more info. Porcelain type also has its pros and cons.

There is no better. It all depends what you need and how much you are willing to pay, and how long you intend to use it for. For plastic type, know where it was manufactured because some country uses low quality plastic, and may degrade faster than others.

You can open a bank in Malaysia. Just need your s&p that you own a property. Can open CIMB in Singapore .( raffle). Tell them you want a Malaysia bank. Their exchange rate is very good. After it is open, you bring your s&p and tell bank you want to remove the 50k limit a day and 10k limit per transaction.
