Welcome to Yeonghee's rural garden, where you can enjoy Korean countryside life.
Today, I will introduce 12 autumn vegetables that are the most delicious to eat around this time in late November.
I harvested vegetables, planted flower bulbs that will bloom beautifully next spring, and harvested red beans.
I made pickled kimchi with the harvested cabbage, and made chive pancakes, and enjoyed them with boiled pork.

시골살이를 즐기는 영희의 시골정원에 오신 것을 환영합니다. 오늘은 11월 이맘때 수확해서 맛있게 먹을 수 있는 가을채소 12가지를 소개해 드릴게요. 또, 내년 봄에 예쁘게 필 꽃 구근들도 심고, 팥도 수확했어요. 수확한 배추로 겉절이 김치도 하고, 부추전도 만들어서 수육과 함께 맛있게 먹었답니다. 영희의 시골정원에서의 농촌일상을 보시고 잠시 힐링하는 시간이 되었으면 합니다. ❤❤❤

두분 이제 프로 같아요 손발도 척척 맞는거같고 수확하기까지 힘든 부분도 많았겠지만 정성껏 키운 식자재로 맛난 요리도 하시고 부추전 굽는 솜씨는 전문가 같아요 겉절이도 부추전도 맛있게 보이네요 대리 만족합니다 차거운 날씨에 두분 감기조심하세요
