If I'd have watched this video earlier, it would have saved me so much aggravation changing water filters, pulling out the fridge, etc. This video did, however, save me hundreds! Thanks so much! The intake cup was iced over, so water was just flowing everywhere and then freezing.

Couldn’t it be a leaking water valve Freezing over filling cup ? Just curious , love your work !

Yes that’s what I told my customer, if it happens again I’ll need to replace the valve.

Does it take 24hr to first ice are made with the 600 series? I’m just wondering since I had the same problem as urs and I did everything the same and no ice in the first 3hrs

Ice production is determined by temperature, the colder the temp the faster it produces ice, conversely warmer temp slower production.
