AGT Uragan 2 de-pinger

Hi guys in this one we make a de-pinger for the AGT Uragan 2.

The ping is actually so loud it's funny. You'd think they'd have fixed these small things at the factory themselves..

Probably the reason FX and several other makes don't sort their little niggles out.. 😉

This would limit the potential power so its probably not something that AGT would be interested in for the FAC market, for Sub 12 people it works great though. Thanks for watching 👍

for sub 12lbft a smaller plenum is a benefit 😀 not good for HP though

Very nice work, but there is another problem with the yurken 2, which is that we can only raise the power from the regulator only because of the new gun mechanism

for sub 12 you can get a little more power from adjusting the valve return if it's running a little low just don't go over 12lbft

yes it will reduce the plenum volume but that's not a problem for sub 12 it can help 😀

Yep a very hard plastic, PEEK or Polyether ether ketone, doesn't deform like regular plastic but still has a little give in it. Thanks for watching.

👍Interesting, my .25” cal 52ft/lb U2 with carbon fiber stock I don’t notice the ping so much, but the blast of air during the shot cycle that is released from above the trigger sear mechanism next to my ear is as loud as the muzzle report! From the limited understanding I have this is normal? How are you quieting that down?

no the original is a different setup so no need for the de Pinger

Odd. My Uragan 2 high power has zero ping. My Vulcan 3 high power pings a bit, but not enough to worry about.

A baby bottle brush pushed into the air tank removes all of the ping.
