Thanks for the video it helped. I was able to take the mirror off without removing the glass pannel. I took off the mirror bolts first, then fished the wire and plug up through towards the front of the glass.

Does the glass need to come out to get the blue cable out? How essential is that step? Just worried about breaking a clients window 😅

By all means, try it but me and many others couldnt get it off without removing the glass, hence why the glass is so easy to remove
