3rd gen was 2008-2014 not 2007 2011 and up wrx's had the sti style "widebody" Sti's only came with a 6 speed this is a 5 speed

This car, like many wrx, has had a 6 speed from the sti transplanted into it (you can see an aftermarket DCCD controller ahead of the handbrake)

@@eugenestewart3716 what? No it doesn't, I have an 09 and that is a stick shifter, the six speed has a little flat ring on the shaft you pull up to put the car in reverse, this is the 5 speed stock shift lever and no DCCD

Nah 2008-2014 wrx/wrx sti were manual only. Previous gens were available in auto but very rare.

2008 model comes with td04 so it has 230hp whereas 2009+ has vf52 which then gives 265hp..

Then what is the difference between the S-GT and WRX. Or is it the same spec but just named renamed for different countries?? It looks the same, has the same asymetrical 4 wheel drive, same engine.

25! wtf, that is pretty good, with the non turbo(170hp) i get 30.9 on the highway, with the lowest grade 85 octane. i have the shitty 4 auto or pseudo sequential . i want to upgrade to the wrx!!
