just ordered this down pipe after running cut resonator and mufflers now my cats seem to be clogged up, car sounds bone stock and no boost,

Yeah the cats are definitely what's causing it, same thing happened to me and I thought I blew my turbo or something lol. Replaced the downpipe with a Grimmspeed catless dp and now it's running perfect, after a protune of course.

the instructions say to remove that stud bolt on turbo, i didn’t see you did that, and it still fit without a issue?

What did you use to fill in the 02 sensor? Ask because having trouble figuring it out on my 06 and say that you only have 1 02 sensor and another one without wires.

The other bung is for a wideband. If yours didnt come with a plug you can order 02 bung plug for a few dollars a piece. Or you can even use an oil plug. I have done that in a pinch at a parts store.

@@Dominic-Beck Downstream or second 02 sensor is hooked up, and I am using a 02 sensor spacer. That way the sensor isnt reading all the exhaust fumes. So far no check engine light for me.

Thanks! Pretty much stock, intake, perrin crank and the turboback. It is really loud it has to be a 9 or 10.

Which part is it slipping? Where the two pieces slide into each other?

Yes. Where the two pieces connect. Have you had that problem?

@@ramduch7413 Once everything is bolted up, it isn't a tight fit. It slips out a little and I fitted the clamp over the little gap. Perhaps if you use the wrap that would seal it up a little better.

Did they oem hanger bracket connected to the tomei downpipe ? Because mine don’t.

Yes, it bolted up. It took a little finessing. I remember sliding the second pipe out slightly.

Thinking of doing this setup on my 2020 STI is it too loud?

One of the lightest and best flowing setups. But, loud, very loud. I took it on a 3 hour trip and it started to get a little much. Track and short commute would be best.

I usually do, I believe I used a Grimmspeed spacer.

@@JesusJimenez-wi2ih I only spaced it to try and no throw a code. It is tuned now, so it isnt an issue. There are a lot of options out there from Ebay to any name brand you like for 02 spacers.

@@JesusJimenez-wi2ih Got it, I would get one to be safe. That way the the electrical isnt stretched if it is a tight fit. I dont recall exactly on the Tomei. I installed this and two obx downpipes at the same time on my wrxes.
