Intense is not a word that pops in mind when I think sublime. Probably my favorite band, but I'd say charmingly dark with positive groove & deeply personal subject matter, woven into raygay punk rock blues jazz with a crisp emotional delivery. 🤔 yeah maybe Intense. Alright I figured it out after all. Yeah you were probably right now I lay out the statement in terms of visual observation.

I believe Shannon Hoon died from a cocaine overdose. Granted he had issues with heroin prior....and about every other drug on Earth. Hoon is buried about 3 miles from my house.

When I hear this song, I think that this song is ultimately about the vast sea of lost he's experiencing and reaching out for help. I felt that way in '92 when I first heard this.
