40mg of methadone is what the clinic here allows max on first day. Helped coming off a big run. I was actually surprised.

Definitely a lot better than 15! Where are you from? I felt alright off the 40, but the other place that only gave 15,10,5,5,0 you might as well not even go to a detox. Was sick as hell the whole time which is why I would ama most of the time from there

Man it’s hot bro I’m in Lehigh acres Florida it’s 98 in the morning forget about the afternoon 😂 but yea I’m going back to Jersey for treatment I messed up I was clean for 8 months last year and my downfall was feeling my void with women. I started drinking then smoking weed finally started taking Keaton black opms shots in Florida I didn’t find any fentanyl here in I’m sure there is plenty but I don’t wanna mess with Floridaman prison 😂 I don’t know the hustle here I’m a Jersey city kid and the country here is crazy.

I get better treatment up north it’s hard here but I’m gonna go for that sublacade shot I should’ve gotten it when I was in the pyramid program in Jersey you said you’ve been in subs for 4 years is that Subs or the shot? I’m just worried about the withdrawal from that.

Methadone only really helps at 75mg through 80mg to 100mg. Anything under that doesn't really hold you much.

Yes if you having a big fent habbit 80mg is the least you have to take. I never used fent other than post op they gave me in the hospital and even then i didn't feel it bc i was in such pain. In my H days i would take 40mg and feel fine so its all objective

I’ve heard good things about vivitrol. I watched a videos on LIP that said he went directly on it without waiting. Who knows how true it is. But he is on 3 or 4 yrs clean.

I'm taking abilify every morning, and when I tell myself I don't need it, it's only because the meds are doing its job and that why you feel better but might not realize it. So it's the mind playing tricks when it says you don't need it because you feel better because the medicine is working. I don't plan on ever stopping my meds
