It took me 12 years to have enough, don't make that same mistake. It just kept taking from me. For the first 8 years on them I remained social and had a girl friend. The last 4 years i have been isolating myself and like dude in the video says I started thinking i was probably dying. I fell into deep despair til I finally got pissed and burned them all,

Ive been taking suboxone for 6 years and Ive also developed an isolating personality, or lack thereof. Its dulled my personality. I recently fell into that despair you described and luckily antidepressants helped but I really need to find a way to taper and make the jump. Everytime Ive tried tapering I got anxious and started feeling crappy and eventually went back up. Its an annoying battle.

@@jamieurbano1955I am the exact same way. I don’t have a life, and just decided on Sunday to say screw it. 48 hours in, and I refuse to go back. I am doing this for me, and no one else.

@@jessicapercoski9599 Distraction has been key for me. Try to forget until you cant. Think about doing something else that will feel good. And your brain feeds on it. I also try to think about healthy food as a drug when i eat it. It helps you feel better. And you get a new meal every couple hours. Keep fighting!
