Your video is great it shows the possible obstruction and the pain that I'm experiencing before and after the surgery on my shoulder.

Excellent. Happy to hear you do not describe these tears as partial or full thickness! This is exactly what I was taught in fellowship :)

That 1st Ax T1 images look very crispy to a point like if they were filtered too much, which I'm sure it's not the case. 😜Excellent video. Regards.

Great efforts , I personally feel there is some lack of anatomical descriptions during the case discussion... may be due to time shortage. Please share more cases and anatomical tutorials. Thanks

Thank you Sanjay for your comment. I will take that into consideration. However, I try to separate anatomy videos from pathology videos in general. e.g. I made a separate video about the biceps pulley anatomy, maybe you find more informatino there.

Is susbcapularis really muscle all the way to insertion of lesser tuberosity and muscles covers humeral head rather than tendon?

Could have been more clear in voice annunciation and in which view were looking at right away - so we are not having to figure that out, like, "Left shoulder, front, anterior, etc."

@DrChristophAgten5 жыл бұрын

Hi Dr, I've a MRI report says tendinosis, didn't cure well after two months of daily Physiotherapy. Then I went to different doctor, he said its tendon tear after checking the soft copy of MRI and asked me to do Plasma injection. I don't have enough money to do the same. Is there any way to cure Tendon tear without injection like physiotherapy ? Please help me on this, I'm 28 year old and this injury happened while i was learning swimming 6 months ago. I'm devastated.

will a subscapularis tear show on mri five months after it happened?
@DrChristophAgten2 жыл бұрын
How would you know if not on MRI or Ultrasound detected? It's likely to be still there is it's really a tear

@@DrChristophAgten I got an MRI for shoulder pain doctor saw it and said I might had an ighl partial tear so he prescribed kinesio exercises three months later exercises don't do much good and another doctor tells me it's frozen shoulder, I keep doing exercises flexion extension motion improves but rotation doesn't and now I remember that before the pain started one day I was stretching because I had been feeling stiffer than usual and suddenly I think I over exerted myself because I felt a sudden tear on my shoulder as if something had just ripped off. So now I think that maybe I had a tear of the subscapularis and the doctors didn't see it on the MRI.
