Removed means you can't buy them through your phone. When a removed vehicle is on sale, it will be at the LS Car Meet, Simmons, or Luxury Auto, so you have to go there to get it.

So I'm not sure if its like cayo where you get the premium primary loot only once or if diamonds can drop year round but at a very low rate like maybe a 2% chance if I had to guess. And now maybe its upto 10% idk. on a separate note ive gotten the pink diamond 4 times in the last 10 cayo runs this week. So maybe they did mess with heist rng this week or for the heist challenge.

@@evanjd_ Diamonds are like the Panther... special weeks only. The first will be guaranteed then maybe a 5-15% chance for the rest of the week, that's how it usually goes

Yeah they started holding the Diamonds and panther back for special weeks only, this was so they didn't have to give out 2x or 1.5x on heists that pay so well. I think nearly all the other heists had a pay bump a couple of years back to bring them more in line with the newer ones
