The reality is this. Inflation is killing business models. Our government has devalued the value of the dollar so badly, regular things we used to take for granted are becoming a thing of the past. Fast food is becoming more and more unprofitable. Restaurants too (the building costs, insurance, security on and on and on). Unless your kitchen is killing it with takeout and delivery, you're starving. I think about my grandparents era and what things they had in their economy which are a thing of the past. We could see things like vehicle transportation become unaffordable for a large segment of society. Less fast foods and restaurants. No more malls. Big box stores moving to completely online. Commercial buildings in NYC are short selling because their value has gone down because nobody is working in them anymore. Our economy has tremendous cracks and problems.

Over 30 years ago Subway was my first "real" job, back then we baked all the bread, sliced all the meats off the chubs, cheese sliced off the blocks, etc. My store was right down the street from my old Elementary School, and we had huge lunch rushes from all the teachers. We made every sandwich on the fly, slicing as needed, everything fresh. Nowadays Subway is just another pre-made, cheap bulk packaged fast-food joint.

I bought my last Subway sandwich about 12 years ago. One day I walked into a Subway and ordered my sandwich. As they were making it, another employee was cleaning all the stainless steel countertops with a wet cotton washcloth. Then she dropped the rag on the floor where the employees were walking in their street shoes. She picked it up off of the floor and just continued to wipe the counters where they were preparing sanwiches (without washing it or getting a new clean rag). I brought it to her attention, but she didn't really understand what she did wrong. That's shows bad and dangerous lack of training or poor enforcement of safety standards. I told them that I wouldn't buy the sandwich. I walked out of the store for the last time.

Big, or should I say "Yuge" changes are coming, but it's not going to end the way you would like (if you live in the United States, that is). Step 3 of the "Four Steps for Ideological Subversion" (Yuri Bezmenov, 1985) Crisis-This is a major step lasting up to six weeks *and involves a revolutionary change of power.* This is where a cataclysmic event (false flag event, civil war, invasion) upsets and divides the country thereby creating panic among the citizens. To Americans, symptoms would include circumventing the Constitution (re: Use "privately owned" social media sites to restrict free speech/First Amendment rights) and altering the checks and balances of government, and possible martial law. *Creation of economic, financial and national security crisis. Also includes social crisis and a breakdown of previously self-evident restrictions on moral behavior.* - *The Cloward-Piven approach is used to create more takers than producers* … The Cloward-Piven strategy is a political strategy outlined in 1966 by American sociologists and political activists Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven. *The strategy aims to utilize "militant anti poverty groups" to facilitate a "political crisis" by overloading the welfare system via an increase in welfare claims, forcing the creation of a system of guaranteed minimum income and "redistributing income through the federal government".* The authors pinned their hopes on creating disruption within the Democratic Party: "Conservative Republicans are always ready to declaim the evils of public welfare, and they would probably be the first to raise a hue and cry. But deeper and politically more telling conflicts would take place within the Democratic coalition...Whites - both working class ethnic groups and many in the middle class - would be aroused against the ghetto poor, while liberal groups, which until recently have been comforted by the notion that the poor are few... would probably support the movement. Group conflict, spelling political crisis for the local party apparatus, would thus become acute as welfare rolls mounted and the strains on local budgets became more severe.” …. *The crisis produces benevolent leaders who will promise to deliver things to meet people's needs through “hope and change” through social and economic justice. False illusion that the situation is under control if strategic directions are followed-Bailouts, regulations of industry and so forth.* (ie: Hitler’s rise to power amidst a disenfranchised German population reeling from the economic effects of WW1. He also rallied the Germans to fight against the threat of Communism.) Hegelian Dialectic: Problem, Reaction, Solution Use Liberals to create social, political and economic problems. --Question: Do these corporations promote Conservative views? Or are they promoting "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Homosexual PRIDE, Social Justice Activism, BLM (A Marxist organization, BTW)" and other "progressive liberal" (read: Cultural Marxist) ideologies? If you are honest, you know the answer already. Have the population react to the problems as intended whereby they seek a leader, laws and regulations which promise to fix our problems. Offer the pre-planned solution: Revolution and a "draining of the swamp". *The actions of liberal politicians in Washington have created a desperate need* and unique opportunity for conservatives to start undoing *the damage the Left has wrought (PROBLEM)* and build a better country for all Americans in 2025. It is not enough for conservatives to win elections. *If we are going to rescue the country from the grip of the radical Left, we need both a governing agenda and the right people in place (REACTION),* ready to carry this agenda out on day one of the next conservative administration. This is the goal of the 2025 Presidential Transition Project. The project will build on four pillars that will, collectively, pave the way for an effective conservative administration: a policy agenda, personnel, training, and a 180-day playbook. The project is the effort of a broad coalition of conservative organizations that have come together to ensure a successful administration begins in January 2025. *With the right conservative policy recommendations and properly vetted and trained personnel to implement them, we will take back our government (SOLUTION).*

Part 2. Excerpt from US Public Law 102 dash One Four Whereas *Congress recognizes the historical tradition of ethical values and principles which are the basis of civilized society and upon which our, great Nation was founded;* Whereas *these ethical values and principles have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of civilization, when they were known as the SevenNoahideLaws;* Whereas *without these ethical values and principles the edifice of civilization stands in serious peril of returning to chaos; Whereas society is profoundly concerned with the recent weakening of these principles that has resulted in crises that beleaguer and threaten the fabric of civilized society;* Whereas the justified preoccupation with these crises must not let the citizens of this Nation lose sight of their responsibility to transmit these historical ethical values from our distinguished past to the generations of the future; Whereas the Lubavitch movement has fostered and promoted these ethical values and principles throughout the world; Whereas Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, leader of the Lubavitch movement, is universally respected and revered and his eighty-ninth birthday falls on March 26, 1991: Whereas in tribute to this great spiritual leader, “the rebbe”, this, his ninetieth year will be seen as one of “education and giving”, the year in which we turn to education and charity to *return the world to the moral and ethical values contained in the SevenNoahideLaws:* Look up the following: (And yes, I do have to spell some things oddly to post this. Sorry.) JewishTalmudSevenNoahideLaws DonaldTrumpTheGreatestSupporterOfNoahideLawsInU.S.History VaticanEndorsesNoahideLaws Which two religions dominate the US Supreme Court? What is the “7 Mountains Mandate” (Dominionism/Dominion Theology)? Supposedly there are 7 “mountains” of global society-Arts and Entertainment, Education, Economy, Family, Government and Military, Media and Religion. (Note: The US voting machines are called “Dominion”.) According to this false teaching, by conquering these 7 “mountains”, the Kingdom of God will be established. The following is a partial listing of the SevenNoahideLaws. Three of these Laws require the DeathPenaltyByGuillotine when broken: Blasphemy, Idolatry and Sexual Immorality. (Note: Unlike in the Old and New Testament teaching “By the mouth of two or more witnesses..”, these Laws only require one accuser for the accused to be brought to the courts and condemned.) Idolatry: Must worship God alone. Must not worship any man (ie: Jesus) as God. No idols or statues. Do not bow to idols or statues. Do not offer sacrifices to idols or statues. Blasphemy: Do not curse God. Do not use God's name in vain. Worship the true God alone, do not worship false gods. (Worshiping Jesus is also seen as blasphemy.) Murder: Against murdering anyone, self defense is permitted. Mass murderers will be given the death penalty. (Abortion is classified as mass murder.) *Theft--Do not:* Steal. Rob. *Overcharge* -Have you noticed how many of today’s large corporations seem to be pushing the “progressive” message about “fairness, PRIDE, tolerance, inclusion, diversity, equity” while also overcharging for their products? And how many of these corporations are known to overwork and underpay their workers, reaping huge profits for themselves as they commit wage theft? Kidnap. Move a landmark. (Probably not good for BLM/Antifa activists who tear down historical landmarks.) Here is a “landmark” which was destroyed recently. Georgia Guidestones (Note: The Guidestones were erected by a man under the pseudonym R.C.Christian, or RCC.) 1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature. 2. Guide reproduction wisely - improving fitness and diversity. 3. Unite humanity with a living new language. 4. Rule passion - faith - tradition - and all things with tempered reason. 5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts. 6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court. 7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials. 8. Balance personal rights with social duties. 9. Prize truth - beauty - love - seeking harmony with the infinite. 10. Be not a cancer on the earth - Leave room for nature - Leave room for nature. ---It probably means nothing, but I think it's a little odd how Elon Musk named Twitter "X", the Roman numeral for ten, and Tesla as a corporation seems to be right in line with this last rule. *Do not use false weights and measurements* Do Not Covet Sexual Immorality-No: Bestiality Incest Homosexuality Justice Laws-Against: Bribery Favoritism Condemning the Innocent Must- Administer the death penalty Treat people equally before the law

Quiznos was better than any other sandwich shop bar none. They had some kind of deal with a supplier though that caused all their franchisees to go out of business...it was too expensive to buy the ingredients. Which is a shame, because that's what made them so good! They had excellent ingredients and it was controlled by forcing all the franchisees to only buy from that supplier! But it was super expensive even back in the day. Nowadays I bet a large sub from Quiznos would be like $20.

That was our big night out for the week because it was what we could afford. Times are crazy right now. Home prices have sky rocketed since covid, grocery prices are through the roof. A Big FALL needs to happen for sure. We just sold our 2br 1bth 943sqft single fam home (1942 built shack) in Silly-Con Valley (San Jose, CA) for ~2.5X the purchase price. Bought it for $520k in 2014 and sold it for $1.3M about a month. Its absolutely bonkers. Currently renting a 1.5k sqft 4br 2bth house with good sized yard and good school district in Gilroy, CA (25 miles south of San Jose) for $3.5k a month. Plan is to enjoy life renting for 1-2 years with the hope that prices get corrected by 2026 or sooner. No headaches with home repairs, insane prop tax and home insurance. Plus, I don't mind collecting 4.8-5.5% interest from short term cds/treasuries and hy savings. Only time will tell as to what the future holds. If price are still high in 26/27, may be move the fam to Mexico 😂.

@@TheSuperdodgy To be fair the yeast in the bread feeds on the sugar. When you make sour dough bread you have to time the rise time pretty precisely because if you wait too long the loaf will collapse. Bob Lutz with the automakers described this problem years ago. One of his friends owned a major pizza chain. They kept cutting cost by using cheaper ingredients and raising prices. Every time they did, their sales dropped even more. Bob told this owner he needed to take the hit and make them better without raising price. He did, and their business became profitable again. If you think making your food worse, And raising prices are the way to save your business, you are delusional. Coupled with today's terrible customer service, and high prices on everything else, you're going to have to get drastic to save these places. Make the food of better quality without jacking the price, and people will come back.

Yes this is true in South Korea as well. A foot long is usually about $12 and 6 in about $8. They have been doing month “ specials” for about $5.80. Strange thing is they often run out of bread and use flat bread wraps. That can go on for weeks. McDonald’s next door to Subway near me closed last year for renovations for six months basically to replace all soft furniture inside with hard surfaces and electric bars across parking entrance and increased drive through. I and my friends refuse to go there. It’s like a prison and I’d say business , from looking at cars in parking, hss dropped at least 30%.
