Going through the mid life crisis & the journey of self discovery without running mad is success for me. Ladies, that 28-34 (age) got me question my entire reason for existing. I had lots of questions regarding every aspect of my life & had no clear answers and that felt like I was failing, everything from career, relationships, clarity, knowing who I really am, weight, skin, literally everything and coming out of that with some sanity feels like winning a trophy 🏆. Oh life!

I love the fact that people shouldn't shame others for having different versions of success. Prim, Claire and Kemi, this was a loaded episodes and thank you for unveiling it so well.
