Let's say I am having a demo, and we have 15 Free Days trial. ( but we don't have a billing system working for now) After the demo is it a good practice to ask for a close( for the payment information ) and then charge them after 15 days if they have benefits and are actively using the software or should we follow-up for payment after the free trial? How does Close.Io do it actually? :)

Always ask for the close :) That being said, we don't require payment information for our free trial. Anyone can sign up for the free trial, make full usage of the product, without entering their payment info. Once the trial expires, the software stops working. If they want to become a paying customer and keep using the product, they have to enter their credit card at that point.
