I am brand new to the SAAS industry so this video was very helpful. Thank you so much. I plan on taking all this advice into my SAAS career especially the recording of my demos because I plan on being an expert at giving short powerful demos of our fantastic software! Thank you again!

My SAAS product is almost ready! I just have no idea how to entice and keep people on board! (To reduce churn and keep people using sotware). I know I need to let them know everything my product can do before they make their decision. Especially when they first sign up and navigate around my site. Can you help with that?

+Precision Appraisals Hey man, thanks for commenting. You don't need to let them know everything your product can do. You need to let them know how much easier/cheaper/faster you can help them achieve their desired outcome than they would otherwise. That's the only thing they care about, not what features your product has. Hope this helps!

Brilliant presentation. Terrible visuals (slides) but was that intentional? Your voice is all the presentation needs so, was that on purpose? Do you advise not using too much wording on slides - I'm guessing you do. Anyhooo, I have a webinar coming up, it'll be my first for my hybrid SAAS product. Wish me luck. I have alot more of your vids to watch!

@closio interesting software. Loved your book. Costructive criticisim: You preach demos shold be no longer than half an hour yet - this video (a demo disguised as an education seminrar is more than 1 hours). You lost me after 30 minutes (15 min demo and 15 min of closing and/or next steps. Just like you predicted in THIS VIDEO users are not listening for more than 30 mintues. I gave up at 35 min.

Thanks for the feedback Peter. If this was a demo for a prospect, it would be shorter. However, teaching other people how to give demos requires more time.
