Came across one today while browsing a charity shop, I'd never heard of plasma pens. But after hearing your and a few other positive testimonials, I'm more willing to give it a try. Different people have different pain tolerances. It's up to you whether you should get numbing cream but I'd definitely recommend it.

You will feel a little sting. Different people have difference pain tolerances so I cannot say that it will either hurt a lot or not at all. I do recommend numbing cream though.
