That was right up there with some of the best business tension moments in the series, but this still isn’t The Mandalorian. It’s kind of like Mad Men, some people just find this type of storytelling boring and that’s fine.

There was nothing new or exciting about it at all. We have seen that same scene 100 times by now. It's just rinse and repeat. Sounds like you are fangirling hard at the show being back and this is clouding your objectivity. The best part of the episode was the Tom and Greg and the Tom and Shiv dynamics. The business stuff was a snooze fest and unoriginal.

He's a bad guy, but I realize he is a man that's driven by emotions he desperate to not feel and can't go against his own personal rationale. Such a fantastic in-depth character. I'm just blown away

my favourite part of the 1st episode, and one i've not seen much talk about, is the moment where Greg and his date are talking to Connor and Willa. Willa and Gregs date move almost identically and look VERY similar. It doesn't mean much beyond the obvious, but I liked it.

Logan’s business family(Karl, Gerri, Tom and Frank) setting and atmosphere is soooo dark and depressed. On the other hand, Logan’s real family(the kids) setting is really bright and energetic.
