I was a commercial pilot for 40 years before I retired and every time I flew over and looked down at the farm pastures I was amazed at how you folks drove such straight lines when working in the fields. After your explanation of auto-steer I finally got it. That’s incredible technology.

I love that you are able to spend time working with your dad and actually being able to document it. Not to be a downer but years from now these videos are going to be treasures. You and your dad remind me of when my dad and I used to work on remodeling and handy man work back when I was in high school and just a few years out. Would give anything to have some videos of us working together. Thank you for sharing part of your life with us.

Came across your channel this morning about 6:30 . It's now 11:30 pm. I have been binge watching your channel all day. I have learned so much from you and your dad today. Most people don't have a clue where their meat comes from and what it takes to get that meat to their local store. I'm 70 years old and I always say, you're never too old to learn. I love the very special relationship between you and your dad. You can see just how proud your dad is of you and that you not only respect him because he's you dad, but respect him for the farmer he is. I love the way you and your dad banter back and forth. Your dad is so funny. Take care of that knee young man.

Cole ... if you ever wanted to provide a relaxation video you could do one of 15-20 minutes of just drone footage with some of that wonderful music. Planting, rolling, spraying, haying, harvesting ... with some cattle in the grass or at the beach thrown in for good measure. Thank you 😉. God bless you and all your family on this Independence Day weekend. 🇺🇸

Brian I heard from my friend in Montana that the Dakotas got blister beetles and the hay yield was ruined. She didn't have any yield in hay and she is trying to find hay for sale. She said the price has doubled. She also said people are having to sell their livestock to slaughter because they either can't afford it or there is no hay to buy.😔

Cole, things are getting bad in Saskatchewan as well. We have been under a heat dome for the better part s a week now and high temperature records are being bested by quite a few degrees. Hard to tell but it could be a bent knife or mud/crop build up, it can also be caused from blowing down of the crop, looks like it's between two opposite direction discs. GPS is great but it turns off at 18mph..... I never used it much after I became comfortable with the machine. Spent most of the time above 20mph, the cut quality gets better and so douse the ride at hight speeds as long as you have good fields. Normally the lower the header rpm the better the cut aswell. Wish I had one, but I have put over 3000 hrs on them during testing.

We’ve had more rain in West Texas this year. Thank goodness! Today was absolutely pleasant in the 80’s. I remember the year our a/c went out and it was 113 outside and waaay hotter inside! By the time the a/c man got there there wasn’t much else I could we could take off and still be decent! Cole I know these videos are done a while ago but when you said you had a Dr’s appt in a bit and hopefully he’d start letting you be able to bend the brace some I caught myself laughing and thinking not if he sees this video he won’t!!! Then I had to remind myself they were done a couple weeks or more back. Hope you are doing much better now. I’m preparing for my 2nd surgery on my tibia to remove the titanium plate and screws.
