Hello, aunty! I'm Shiyan, a mridangam, flute, konnakol, and bharatanatyam enthusiast from Sri Lanka. I consider the bansuri flute as the "hypnotic" Indian wind instrument. I hope you agree this. 😊 It has the power to hypnotize the player, audience, and whoever listens to bansuri flute music, especially when played in a hypnotic and intense way. 😵‍💫 In cartoons, flutes are used to hypnotize people and even mice. A man called "Pied Piper" used his flute (not the bansuri flute 😊) to hypnotize the mice and draw them away from the town. In The Jungle Book 2, Indian classical music is played in the scene when Kaa the python hypnotized Shanti. Aunty, can you please play the background music played in the scene Shanti gets hypnotized by Kaa? I recommend you to watch the scene. Simple type Shati hypnotized by Kaa. This is very interesting.
