It looks good. I add 1 teaspoon each cinnamon, cardamom and mahleb and 1/2 tspoon salt. One packet of vanilla sugar and 2 tablespoons sesame to the flour.Then pour the ghee while hot into flour mixture and a 1/4 cup hot water. Mix all, let it rest then spread, use cookie cutter or tiny small cup. Also add a packet or 2 of vanilla sugar to the powder sugar to coat the cookies. Endless delight. :-)

Hello guys I am your viewer. Here I want to talk about Ethiopians. They are just wowww. They are so humble , so chill, so so beautiful people. When I first saw and knew little bit about them my perspective about African people completely changed. Continent are so diverse right? But their their humbleness and self esteem is in another level. I think it is because their culture their family

You make this seem so easy but I’d burn down the house if I tried this.
I grew up in an area where there were some Lebanese Americans and was introduced to Ka'ak at a young age. It was sold locally. I really like it and the best way that it can be described is as a rounded bread stick/biscuit with light crunch and a nut like flavor. It is sold at many middle Eastern grocery stores.

My mom use to make those on winter feast days, sometimes I would help her.....but she would chop up roasted pecans in hers and we would roll them up into bite size balls instead of making biscuits......I like them but they were too sweet for me so one was all I could handle until the next day, I wouldn't be able to eat a whole biscuit. They are also called tea cakes.
I tried these at a friends wedding and I miss the taste 😢😂 here I am attempting to make it

@asbpo734 жыл бұрын
You only added 1 1/12 tsp of sugar to the dough. Is that correct? Is that because you roll them in powdered sugar afterwards?
@AmenaandElias4 жыл бұрын
Yes that’s right. You could add a little more but I wouldn’t do too much. The outside makes it sweet enough.
