I used to be a fan of Pat Summit and the Lady Volunteers. Sue Bird and the Huskies always seemed to beat Tennessee. Much respect for her.

UT was always the Team I followed most, but UCONN came in a close 2nd! Then Sue was drafted by my Favorite Team - the Seattle Storm. But i continued to follow the Vols especially when Candace Parker came along. So sad what happened to such a once thriving Life & Brilliant Coach in Pat Summit!!

Rapinoe supports males competing against females in sports. Easy to support when you’re retired & it doesn’t affect you anymore. On the other side we have Martina Navratilova, sports LEGEND, retired but still fighting for women’s rights 👏

She also claimed equal pay was what she was fighting for, yet I found a video of her admitting it's really to pay women more than men (since she knew the women's game doesn't bring in as much revenue and yet wanted the same prize money and also the CBA, even though she was freely given the choice to pick which one she wants and chose a less risky option that paid more upfront with more benefits but less overall potentially compared to the men that guaranteed nothing but maybe more overall but sometimes less (pay to play with no benefits and higher bonuses), she wasn't happy with herself....but publicly blamed that pesky mostly ill defined scapegoat sexism...shm) and she doesn't care if it's stolen from the men's game to do it.....these people are about themselves not what's best and fair for all. I'm not against the women or men getting paid more or less, I just want it to be paid commensurately. And atm it's not...which I think is completely unfair. But no one wants to do the hard thinking about it, it seems. They would rather censor any ideas that go against their own....than engage in a conversation about it, it's easier to get offended based on superficiality than to actually think.
