Shrimp: 1 egg white 2-3 tablespoons of cornstarch White pepper and salt to taste Marinate Green beans: Boil first with a teaspoon of sugar for 4-5 mins Stir fry: 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce 2 tablespoon of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of sugar 2 teaspoons of sesame seed oil Small onion (as desired) Spring onion (as desired) Ginger (as desired) Garlic (as desired) Add green beans and shrimp after onion, garlic and ginger have browned. For shrimp 🍤 Pinch of salt Pinch of white pepper Tsp of sesame oil Add corn starch (must get it to stick on the shrimp) Add cooking (any oil) For the Green beans Boil it in water add 1 tsp of sugar and some oil cook for 5 minutes then drain and set aside... Fry the shirmp till its goolden brown then set aside again... Let's go back to veges Stir fry onion, ginger, garlic once is brown put in the beans add cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, white pepper then onion leaves then add the shrimp.... and your done.... measurement is up to your taste most of the time it's a spoon or tsp or pinch of salt or pepper that deppends o how much you cooking.... for the oyster sauce maybe go tsp first same thing with soy sauce it will get to salty when you put to much...
