I don’t mean to sound harsh but quit being a crybaby. That guy would not have been in that position to be in P1 if if he hadn’t essentially cheated, we’re talking about anywhere from half a second to a second every time that he aggressively approached any of the other drivers that means he’s not in your league and you shouldn’t worry about him

Suellio is racing against old rich dudes who are living their young dreams of racing. They can afford to throw their car around to try to win at any costs. Im sure other people in their category realize their racing dream career are gone and are just enjoying their races without spending $8k-14k in repairs to win at any costs. Racing Radicals is super niche so you are racing the same 4-5 dudes. They arent the "best" just who can afford it at the time. I looked Radical results from previous years and most of the grid this season is all new racers. The only way Suellio can afford to go and race real competition is to pick a few major sponsors, which is the reason why he is making these videos. Right now he is bankrolling racing against boomers hoping some company can foot the bill to go and race against real competition in higher categories.

@@kaijuhhe won’t make it. You can’t teach instincts and fearlessness. It’s like that saying, “Those that can, do, and those that can’t, teach.” You can be book smart and well-versed in something, but that doesn’t mean you will actually be good at it.

I’ve never seen someone get away with intentionally causing contact so many times. I mean I’m all for rubbing is racing, but that seemed way over the line to me - especially with those lapped cars and slower traffic. Regardless man, can’t believe how far your race craft has come in such a short amount of time. Having overly aggressive competition is annoying now, but it’ll forcing you to learn faster- it definitely shows. Also big congrats on this edit. Cinematic masterpiece 👏👏

At the end of the day you should still hold your head up high and take all that frustration and experience and turn it into fuel for the next race! One thing guaranteed… you’re in that guys head now!! You took him out mentally. No price on that! (Well maybe… a few broke parts on your car! Sorry, too soon to joke?! lol) Love your content. In this video it looked like you were not having a great time which is a real shame because what you’ve achieved is amazing on so many levels. My advice would be to try and not get too wound up by all the shenanigans in the race and enjoy the moment regardless of the outcome. It’s all too easy to get lost in the competition and loose the reason you are there. To enjoy yourself!

That was one of the most entertaining racing videos I’ve ever seen , lots of action and a lot to learn and it was made like a high end Documentary. Enjoy the racing career Suelio. Being behind is actually more fun than leading the race. Best scenario is to pass the P1 in the last lap :). But “it’s the Journey, not the Destination.” After many years you are not going to remember the moments standing on the podium, you will remember the real action of fighting for the podium. Don’t get frustrated, be in the moment and enjoy and you will become a champion. You have the talent and you are very hard working towards your goal. Best of luck!!!!

Amazing video. I appreciate the effort it takes to make something of this depth and quality. Outside of the production value (great), I also applaud the inclusion of the harder moments with your mistakes and frustration. These are very real in the various types of racing I've done over the years (real, sim, car, moto, bike, etc.) and worthwhile for people to see. Better yet is your work to recognize those moments, and try to turn them into a positive for motivation and/or learning to apply in future moments. A mistake remains so until we take the time to review it AND then determine what can be done to prevent it in the future. I have only just started the book and MRC lessons, but hope you have a lesson (or two) on dealing with these issues. On track aggression, internal review of incidents (and/or mistakes), motivation, focus and such. I think this single video hits on several worthwhile aspects that offer some HUGE potential for people to consider in an instructional sense. Thanks for all you do in this space and I wish you the best as you take on the next race. Keep all this in mind and I am sure you will celebrate a well earned top step (without penalties to get there). Cheers :D

To be so competitive after only the 2nd race is pretty incredible. The desire to be the best pushes you to always go further and do better. But you also have to appreciate what you've achieved. A great driver with a great team. Frankly, with all this potential, it's only good news for the future. Congrats!

Amazing editing, loved the car highlighting in TV cameras, so easy to understand the situation like that. Great story. The guy that crashed you coming to apologize is great sportsmanship. Kudos to him. Keep at it, you will smoke them all very soon, dont lose your head and enjoy the journey. Great pep talk from your crew mate at the end.

I feel like I'm watching a series on the Birth of a Champion. Suellio, your story and videos keep getting more and more amazing. I like motor racing, but not enough to watch a race in TV, but keep looking for your next racing episode. Fantastic job with your courses too. I purchased both and watched the Racing Checklist once, now slowly rewatching and practicing to get it in. Racecraft will come later. Just wanted to write you this love letter from an old man 🙂 Best of luck on your next race, that's all you need, the talent and skills are already there

Beautifully composed video. You have provided another invaluable coaching session because these races make me realize that my sim driving style would be too aggressive for IRL racing. Going forward in my sim practice (even with NPCs), I’m going to work toward your example of true racecraft as the more reliable and ultimately the fastest way around a track. I need to adjust my training to stop using the smash-and-grab tactics that may win a corner, but inevitably catch up to the driver and car IRL, and weaken overall performance and actual ability in both sim and RL. Thank you. “We’ll buy more books”!
