Herb is a great dancer and serving by all means; however, some of her overly dramatic /aggressive parts need to be taught to/inherited by the rest of her squad so they all look the same. For example, the backbend at 2:52 -she’s the only one doing it that way which takes away from the cohesiveness of the entire squad. It seems the rest of squad isn’t doing it well enough or wrong, when it’s actually not how the count was created… We’re hoping that she can bring the WHOLE SQUAD to cohesively dance the same hard-hitting style so it translates better. The overall goal is ALL AS ONE… Love Yall!

I gotta be honest.....Herb gone have to learn that music. Throwing counts off the beat ain't gone cut it. I'd rather her pause ,catch the beat and then throw the count.....you learn the music so you can ride the beat....Gabby was a prime example. Throwing the right count at the right time has an amazing effect in the stands. Other than that Good Job ladies. I would like to see more all togethers. Dancing all together helps you dance as one. You feed off of one another and become a unit. Conquer the all togethers and then you'll beast the other formations or arrangements. Just a lil critique.

Knowing the music means exactly what it says...knowing the music. The counts were off for several measures of the song. There's no point in throwing the count if the timing isn't on beat with the music. Simply pause, catch the beat, and then throw it....knowing the music takes it further. You'd know when there'd be a tempo change or pause that would alter the syncopation and you'd be able to adjust to it.Gabby was a prime example. She knew what counts to throw with the music and when to throw them.

Because That’s how the dolls ORIGINALLY danced in the 90s! Tracy was an energetic Captain in the early 90s, the soft era of Dolls didn’t start until 03! Seaera tried bringing the energetic Dolls back in 2012 and then the milking started in 2014. She is Dancing fine! She is captain for a reason! You think this is aggressive you should see DT years! It’s not aggressive it’s energy! What we have been waiting for the Dolls to get back to!

When Traci changed the styles of the Dolls they were very energetic and upbeat! The soft doll didn’t start until 03! Even Dtara was an energetic captain along with Seaera! Baby this is nothing compared to them back then. Herb can only go up from here!
