I was lucky enough to see this lineup back in '06, I even talked a little with Derrick before the show, nice guy, unfortunately I made him feel old when I started talking old school grind and death but he just laughed it off, they were touring with Decapitated and Hypocrisy. It was a poolhall/biker bar, only like 60ish people in attendance. So weird, but good to see them with a huge crowd like this. Decapitated is a very underrated band check them out if you haven't.

I fucking LOVE how this sounds live at this concert. It just sounds so raw and stripped down. The production for a concert is perfect. Mike Smith's drums sound insane, especially considering this wasn't his original drumming. He hits so hard and precise. And Frank, always a treat live, is truly at his most amazing. His hand chops look extra wicked with his insane vocals to match.
