Pretty sure I watch a video that was this guy increasing his sugar from a month to prove how unhealthy it is. He was from outside the US, and during this month he visited the US. He had a set target for daily grams of sugar. He talked about how in home country, sometimes it was a suggle to find foods with enough sugar to stay close enough to his target, but in the US he had the opposite problem: it was hard to find food that didn't blow WAY WAY past his target. Everything here has **tons** of sugar, the average person in the US has super high insulin all the time, and it's affecting our brains (hense all the depression & lack of critical thinking).

doc.... look at raw sugar from fruit. Im a fruitarian and don't have diabetes, im healthy and have energy, I sleep 8 hrs a day without issues.. ive realised that eating fruit with other foods like vegetables or even cooked foods, is not a good food combination.. mixing these is dangerous, like oats (cooked) with fruit ( raw) the fruit can ferment and cause bloating whilst its waiting for the oats to digest.. we are so conformed to this food pyramid that it doesn't work... we need to get back to food combinations.. now... as a raw state, sugar is perfect, the brain uses fructose for fuel.. but when you add heat, it depletes the nutrients and then this sugar goes from raw to complex, meaning harder to digest and the body doesn't recognise it as it does raw sugar from fruit.. this fructose is not the same as corn fructose syrup.. this stuff is heated and changes the structure from raw to complex state.. there is a difference but no one is really talking about it unless your a fruitarian and share within the village your in.. fruit sugar is bad when heat is added like jams, jellies, lollies, cakes etc.. but when you eat fruit alone and don't mix food combinations, you can live a healthy life just on fruit... even adding nuts to fruit is not a good food combination.. I hope you read this doc and do more research on this.. look for fruitarians. take their blood work and see for yourself.. fruit is astringent and is great to clean out the digestive tract and the lymphatic system.. it has enzymes that no other food have to support the astringency of cleaning you out.. fruit has fructose ( doesnt need insulin to process) vegetables have glucose ( that studies show needs insulin to process it) dairy has galactose ( that also needs insulin to process but fructose doesn't need insulin because the body recognises this sugar.. but if you mix fruit with other foods, thats when it becomes dangerous to your health.. not my science but of nature.. get away from the food pyramid and start following the food combination way of eating.. fruit.... I eat every 2 hours, its not like eating 3x a day.. its hydrating and heals plus its all the nutrients you need to make new healthy cells.. we make new cells from what we chews.. choose alkaline and 100% voltage.. ( the voltage is your PH Balance scale.. ) trust the fruit and its value for health.. (Genesis 1;29)
