paul, you recently said that showering with soap is unnecessary, and that body odor is simply a gut health issue. This is not true. While gut health can contribute to more odor, it is not the leading factor. Genetics are. Someone with smelly feet or smelly private areas don't need to focus on their gut, they need to focus on the thing that is particular their genetics.
@AtlantaCarScene25 күн бұрын
Thanks for all the info paul! I feel great, been on carnivore since you came on joe rogan, gut issue are gone, I'm super lean and strong with minimal exercise. I use plants and roots as medicine when I'm sick, garlic, ginger, lemon. As far as the BO, I shower with soap, but when I eat "bad" around the holidays I do smell worse, my sweat has a stench, along with my pits, but when I eat clean It just kinda smells a little salty, or oniony if I do onions lol

He has 2 official losses. 1 from Merab and 1 from because his nerve got fucked. Also, I personally think he just wasn't there mentally and didn't capitalize on what he's known for at all against Merab as well as listening to his coach too much rather than relying on his instincts. I highly doubt this is the fall of Sean, but the next fight will be a big indicator of which direction he's probably going in. Kind of glad he lost since now he can reflect on a real loss with no excuses and grow from it.
