I had the San Martin and had to part with it because when I put a leather band on it the lug holes were too close to the case and the band rubbed on the case. Does the Sugess also have the lug holes to close to the case for a leather band?

Dude, you are literally swimming in watches of all styles and price ranges! I own a Cadisen dadejust homage, which is really nice and was unbelievably cheap. It's nice to see a working class dude wear a Rolex and not just hoard it away in a safe like some of those rich guys do.

I have a pagani design 40mm datejust homage on my wrist and upon is time graph test it was found it done great it was pretty much perfect +4 across the board, it’s running two minutes ahead of what time my phone says for the past two three days it has been serviced twice and regulated everytime and both times a week after its initial service it was two minutes ahead of time

@@dariuswackydawgblake3380 yeah that's typical for nh35a which is the movement I'm assuming it has for the watch to require that much work or repairs I would highly suggest get this watch or the San Martin you'll be much happier 😁

@moussaaoudi3772 I have to be honest I personally like the suggess better but they were equally just as good and really the only difference is the style of clasp I have a link to the suggest in the description of this video it will take you to AliExpress you can also find a San Martin there on the AliExpress website just click the link in the description and it will take you right there the sugges is actually under $200 right now so I would definitely suggest that one it's the best price

​@@moussaaoudi3772 I would throw cronos in the race for datejust homage. I have one and it's pretty nice, out of all the bezel platings, I would say sugess is the worse, it's by no means bad, it's just cronos and san martin are slightly better.

@MarkDanger777 I have heard that they are coming out with a 36 mm as soon as they do I'll order one up the 40s are okay but I prefer the 36 octopus kraken has one and I ordered it months ago however it never showed up so I had to get a refund and did not order another I have heard it is awesome also I was very disappointed typical AliExpress f*** story though

How does the sugess dial colour compare to the Rolex? I’m not sure if the camera has an affect

@@James20013 it's pretty close but even with Rolex because they use a chemical reaction to get the blue color and it is done by hand not every blue dial is exactly the same they are all super duper close and you would have to have dozens in order to really differentiate but I know Rolex has a very strict inspection process to make sure they have as close as possible to the same hue

I have not and to be perfectly honest I was not looking to me the Yacht-Master 2 is one of the most ugliest watches I've ever seen and I'm not a fan of the dull bezels in the standard yachtmaster with that being said every Sugess I have owned is fantastic

Sugess seems to be overall just made a little better than cronos they are super comparable so it may be subjective in my opinion

The problem with these types of watches is that You keep buying them and buying them , and yes they are cheap and good value. But $100 here , $200 there , very quick time you end up with about 20 of these and you could have spent the money on a good watch. Yes its great and you can sell them but you are always loosing money and spending more money.

@jackthomas6952 the steinhardt's I have checked out are very well made my only complaint on the Submariner homage was the bezel was a little tight hard to turn but other than that very well-made watches the bracelet was nice on the clasp could have been better no on the fly adjustment functions fine though

​@@garylangford6755damn it Gary are you kidding me they're getting ready to come out with a 36 mm I just ordered a 36 mm from octopus kraken it's supposed to be in any minute now as far as the 40 mm go the San Martin is just slightly more heavy duty and has the double Pusher clasp the sugges is more of an exact copy of the Rolex so working as a mechanic I would recommend the Saint Martin but I really really really really really really really like to fit and finish of the sugess but especially when you have the two in your hands you can definitely tell there is a weight difference I can't imagine it's all in the clasp the Saint Martin brace that just feels a little more beefy
