My vote is for Rebirth, as well, as it will introduce you to a female vocalist that replaced Anna whose name is Fabienne Erni. It was only Chrigel Glanzmann doing vocals in the beginning and so you could say that a song such as this could be considered as a reminder of those times. Anna was only an instrumentalist back then. Both female singers also have their own bands. Anna´s band is called Cellar Darling. Fabienne´s one is called Illumishade. They are very different. Let me know in case you would like to check them out.

Eluveitie is so damn good. One of my favorite bands. Folk metal is awesome. Definitely check out more of them. They have all different styles. Definitely check out "Rebirth" that has their new female singer (and some other new band members). But I'd also recommend "Omnos" and "Slania's Song". In some of their songs they sing in Gaulish - which is an extinct ancient Celtic language.
