Pekora is certainly the most hilarious to watch, when she's playing hard, scary, or pvp games. My brother, maybe i just got the way to make our friends watch vtuber. I tried this and it seems promising tbh, but it's only working to man best friends i guess. After a month of barely communicating with him, try to invite them to play online games. Don't use any kind of voice chat until the game finish. Also don't get てえてえ yet. After finishing the game, try to talk about something they dont fully understand (of course, about personality of a vtuber). And also mention the vtuber name, ex: "Just like Ookami Mio". If they took the bait by saying "i don't understand what that means", "can you explain what's that?" or similar things, then this is your chance. Give them the funniest vtuber clip you ever watch, that is easy for new viewers, i recommend those short episodes from [Hololive VTuber Group] channel, since their pun is relatively easy to follow for someone who's new to the world of vtubers. In my case, i recommend him the "i slipped" episode and the bait is "straight man" More details: i'm in indonesia, 18 years old and one year older than my friend, we've never met before. He's tolerant and also a weeb (but not hardcore like me)

Seiyuus and Vtubers are pretty close since Vtubers do voiceover work for game character cameos. There are some clips we have on youtube of them appearing as guests seiyuu radio shows and game promotional broadcasts. Honestly, I think they have collabed once or twice but I think on Nico Nico. Sugita is a wonder, I find it hard to be like him since he tend to be passionate about what he likes and his memory is DAMN GOOD (about what he likes). I think Sugita also mention pekora in his tv show. also, the bit which you translated as now when he said Naoji is actually means Naoji, his lated dog which also kind of popular icon for him. He uses Naoji name (Sugita Naoji) when he voiced dog anime last season.

First time I saw Pekora was from a clip where she kept killing PPTenshi in a coop rabbit game. I thought she was obnoxious at first but I slowly started to like her thanks to the various translated clips posted here in youtube. Now she's my favorite and watch her livestreams everyday.
