Brilliant videos. In a world where doctors are busy pushing medicines without looking at root cause of the problems, here is someone willing to give so much ,easy to understand, information to people. Thank you. I have had such severe knee pain and all that the doctors told me to do in a ‘developed country’ is have anti- inflammatory/pain killers and go for physiotherapy ‘if’ I am covered via insurance. I travelled to India and was treated with some high doses of Vit D that brought huge improvement. Now, after seeing your video,I understand why I was given that Vitamin D.

Thank you very much sir.you have explained very well i this video. I am suffering with same problem . Low back pain with deficiency of vit D i.e. 10.68range. And even i am having problem of loss of Lombard lordosis. Can u advice how to comeout with this consequence.

sir i had gallblader surgery 2 years ago. so i have problem of bile.now i am facing deficiency of Vitmin D. will taking vitmin D from sunlight be effect ?or having not enough bile will cause problem in producing enough D.

Sir my vitamin D3 levels r around 7 which is considered as severe deficiency.My age is 40 yrs.My back pain specially near shoulder area used to pain a lot and that pain shift to waist.I even suffer from slip disk(sytica).I took tablet (1 tab for 1week) i.e I took 10 tablets.Now I feel pain free but still i feel all my muscles r very rigid and fix.Plz help me in overcoming this prblm.Thank u🙏💐

Hi, i am having pain in ankle just above the heel. Dr thinks its is related to achilis tendon inflammation. How can I reverse the inflammation and strengthen the tendon. The pain aggravates after playing badminton. Pain started 4 weeks back and reduces on rest.

Mera cholestrol high tha doctor ne 3 maah statin chaloo karae or oil white read meat sb band krwaya 3 maheny bad cholestrol check kraya to 103 cholestrol or mujhy vit d ki kmi hogae fatigue arms pain...ab mai 200000 iu vid d3 k drops pee raha hon her week main 1..lekin ab b main fully recover nahi hoa.

Because vit d is made from cholesterol in the skin on Sun exposure. Get more sunlight
