Does all those fiqh rulings in the Qur'an still apply today? I'm thinking about e.g. the probibition to hunt when doing pelgrimage, since nobody hunts today anyway and we buy meat at supermarket. Or the verses about slavery, it also does not apply today. We are today in need of fiqh rulings about e.g. transhumanism, cloning, GMO, etc. I can't reconcile this with the idea that the Qur'an is meant for all times...
