@DEEPANSHU laser is less painfull and u can join ur work soon but i have seen some video in kshar sutra is painfull but the chance of reoccurence of disease is less . But over all its disease and in any operation it can occur again 20-30% chance also depends on your luck and ur first doctor

I did kharsutra treatment for fistula. Yes, it is painful but worth the pain . First 15 days, it I highly painful , slowly it decreases and after 7 th sitting , pain was negligible . Kharsutra me krne k baad 2 din k baad kafi pain kam kam ho jata hai. Aur ye sare dusre se sun kr adha adhura jankari nhi de rhi hu, ye khud ka experience se bol rhi hu jo jhela hai. Modern surgery me recurrence rate bht jada hai jo isme na k barabar, ekdum root se infection ko khatam krte hai. Ha, bs ek accha ayurvedic kharsutra specialist dhood lijiye, wo jaroori hai. Akhir sarir apka hai, jab 10 -12 baar operation krna hoga, tab na koi video bananewale sath denge na hi operation krnewale apni galti sweekar karenge .

@@xastr3 it depends on the complexity of fistula. Usually pain will be lesser when the thread is cutting smooth sking and will be more when the thread is cutting spinters. Mine is a little complex fistula and it is hell. Usually pain will be there 3-4 days in a week. Only way to avoid is to know how to minimise it (using creams, sitz bath and others) I have started treatment on 30th Jan and still I have 3 more weeks of treatment left. It's long and painful process for sure. My mom cried too seeing me crying with pain :(😭

Please i do not recommend this to anyone. I have seen my mom asking for poison so she could be freed from the pain. Please do not go with this treatment..
