I've been listening to the first 12 seconds of the song over and over trying to figure it out. The low notes punctuate a fours beat but it makes more sense to count it in threes? I think I'm going to see if somebody has done a song analysis lol. It feels like it tricks you into feeling the wrong beat at first

i wouldn't say better than a PRS, but close to equal to the best PRS stuff. never thought i'd see a guitar get anywhere near as close to PRS. esp isn't a bad brand or anything, but javier's model is totally different than what they're going for normally. easily in the top 5, maybe top 3 of all artist sig models that ESP has ever done. top 1 and 2 go to metallica and stephen carpenter, of course

I like meshuggah but after a while, I have to stop listening to them because it gets a little boring. Rhythms are always interesting but sometimes melodies aren’t as interesting. Some other bands aren’t as interesting to me either. Gotta find the right amount of djent. I like intervals, haven’t really been able to get into periphery, I’ll even throw Jinjer in there, they’re a weird one but still pretty djenty and I love them. I’ll check your guys out and get back to you on them. AAL have been my go to since I first even got into metal but if I can find someone else I listen ti all the time, that’s good.
