only trouble with grilling them is you have to dedicate a grill just to fish. Otherwise your next 40 dollar group of Porterhouse steaks will taste like salmon.

Thanks Tom.!! You have to follow regulations for coming into Canadian waters from US. I’ve never came from that side so never looked into this too closely.
