Your BBQ Chix Hotdish made my mouth water! So trying that! F.Y.I. - salt your water after it starts to boil, then that way you're less apt to have "pitting" in your pan from where the salt sits. :)

My husband and daughter don’t like BBQ sauce (I know I know they are crazy). BUT this would totally be an easy lunch to throw together for my teen son and I. You could totally use leftover chicken and bacon crumbles to make it even easier!

Wondering if when you get pictures etc...on the walls if that will help your lighting problem. Right now I think the camera is just focusing on the white walls. I don't notice any issue when you are out filming somewhere, just at home. Recipe looked yummo! Definitely would add a bit of hot sauce.
